Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

The short version: you own everything you create here, billing is month-to-month with no contracts, and if something goes wrong we make it right.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Xenco Labs, the maker of LaunchCraft (launchcraft.me). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use LaunchCraft.

2. What LaunchCraft is

LaunchCraft is an AI-powered planning tool that helps you turn an app idea into a structured blueprint — a Product Requirements Document plus supporting files — through guided coaching conversations. It is a planning tool, not a software development service, and it does not guarantee any business outcome.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).

4. You own what you create

Everything you put into LaunchCraft and everything it generates for you — your ideas, chat conversations, blueprints, and exported files — belongs to you. 100%. We claim no ownership of your projects, and you can use your blueprints for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, forever.

We retain ownership of the LaunchCraft platform itself: the software, coaching methodology, design, and branding.

5. AI-generated content

LaunchCraft's outputs are generated by AI based on what you tell it. AI can make mistakes: blueprints may contain errors, omissions, or suggestions that don't fit your situation. Review outputs before relying on them. LaunchCraft does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and a blueprint is not a guarantee that an app can be built as described or will succeed.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The free plan includes one project with the full planning experience. Paid plans (Founder and Agency) are month-to-month subscriptions billed through Stripe. No contracts.

You can cancel anytime from your settings page. When you cancel, you keep paid access through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

If you downgrade, nothing is deleted. Your projects and blueprints stay in your account — you just can't create new projects beyond your plan's limit or use paid features until you upgrade again.

7. Refunds

If something isn't working for you, email support@launchcraft.me within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right — a fix, a credit, or a refund.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use LaunchCraft to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach or overload our systems, resell access without our permission, or generate content intended to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime by emailing support@launchcraft.me. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your work.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

LaunchCraft is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use LaunchCraft after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
