LaunchCraft is a Xenco Labs product — made by a team that builds and launches its own software, and got tired of watching good ideas die in the gap between “I should build this” and a plan someone could actually build from.
Why LaunchCraft exists
Every product Xenco Labs has shipped started the same way: with a blueprint. Before a line of code, we force ourselves to answer the hard questions — who is this for, what does it do on day one, what can wait, what would make someone pay. The projects that skipped that step stalled. The ones that didn't got built.
LaunchCraft is that process, turned into a product anyone can use. An AI coach walks you through the same four phases we use internally, then drafts the blueprint for you — so the distance between your idea and something a developer (or an AI builder) can execute is one conversation, not one month.
