Privacy Policy

LaunchCraft (launchcraft.me) is a product of Xenco Labs. This policy explains what information we collect when you use LaunchCraft, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@launchcraft.me.

Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, and login credentials on our behalf. We never see or store your password.

Project content. The ideas, answers, chat messages, and documents you create in LaunchCraft — including everything that goes into your blueprints — are stored so we can provide the service.

Voice input. If you use voice coaching, your speech is converted to text to power the conversation, and coach responses may be converted to audio by our text-to-speech provider. We do not use your voice to build a biometric profile.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we keep only your subscription status and plan.

Usage data. Standard technical logs (browser type, pages visited, timestamps) that help us keep the service fast and secure.

LaunchCraft is an AI planning tool. To generate coaching responses and blueprints, the content you provide (project descriptions, chat messages, transcribed voice input) is sent to large language model providers through our secure gateway.

Your content is used to generate your outputs — it is not used by us to train AI models, and we only work with providers under terms that restrict use of your data for their own purposes.

To provide the service: run coaching sessions, generate and store your blueprints, and sync your subscription.

To improve LaunchCraft: understand aggregate usage patterns and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your project content with anyone except the service providers needed to run LaunchCraft.

We rely on a small set of processors to operate: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), AI model providers (content generation), and a text-to-speech provider (voice coaching). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We use cookies that are necessary for the service to work — primarily to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your projects and blueprints stay in your account for as long as you keep it — even if you downgrade to the free plan. If you want your account and its data deleted, email support@launchcraft.me and we'll delete it, minus anything we're legally required to keep (like billing records).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these, email support@launchcraft.me — we honor these requests regardless of where you live.

LaunchCraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, when the change is significant, notify you by email or in the app.
